The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the www.lucbianco.fr​ site.

The personal data collected by using the contact form, a registration on the site, the newsletter or following a purchase (name, first name, email, postal address, IP address) are exclusively intended for www.lucbianco.fr which undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided online by the user.

The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts when he/she enters it.

www.lucbianco.fr strives to ensure a high level of security for your data. Nevertheless, it is not possible to completely exclude an act of hacking that could give access to the stored data.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

E-mails received via the contact form are stored for 12 months and then destroyed.

Customer data is only stored on the site, i.e. on OVH servers.

No banking data is collected, the purchases being made directly on the sites PAYPAL, STRIPE or WOOCOMMERCE.

In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 and the RGPD, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of these data as well as a right to oppose that these data are the subject of a treatment by contacting the person in charge for the site using contact form

The request must specify the address to which the answer must be sent.

Certain connection data, such as the IP address, the pages visited as well as the duration of the visit are collected and stored in Google’s servers. This data is stored on Google’s servers for a period of 14 months (minimum Google period) after the last visit. Further information here.

A cookie is a small text file that may be deposited on your terminal when you visit this site. Its purpose is to collect information to help navigation and use of the service (session, conservation of the shopping cart, authentication).
